We get this question a lot and contrary to some opinion, we consider ourselves the biggest supporters and cheer leaders of fashion brand owners. We regularly put out content that supports and empowers fashion entrepreneurs, in a self-service manner - which means if you are not officially working with us, you can still enrich your knowledge through our articles and posts and knowledge base but you have to read and do your research yourself. There won't be any individual handholding.
While the knowledge is FREE but the cost of servicing you is NOT.
However, once you are part of any of our programs (development program, accelerator program or simply manufacturing program) : you get assigned an individual account manager.
We have to balance the art of supporting the broader community of fashion entrepreneurs and also manage our own payroll & other expenses.
