An on-boarded vendor can potentially be disqualified on several extreme cases like:
1. Failure to dispatch on order on time beyond a reasonable time limit
2. Violations of our code of conduct
3. Production output not meeting PO quality parameters
Hula Global reserves the unequivocal right to disqualify a vendor found to be violating it's code of conduct. Vendor disqualified are not eligible for refunds and nor future registrations.
