Vendors who are on-boarded with us are evaluated on a variety of factors. While we cannot disclose how we rank vendors internally but here are few pointers that you must consider to improve your performance as a vendor.
If you are a new vendor - Reply often and fast - we send you an inquiry and that inquiry is only sent to you. When you reply with quotations fast, our system marks the quotation stage "closed" faster and as a result your company's TAT increases resulting in more inquiries.
If you are an existing vendor, reply fast rule applies to you as well. BUT - it is super important that you dispatch ON-TIME. Dispatch delays hamper your score to a very large extent and beyond a certain point can lead to your disqualification.
