Why does Hula Global not offer full refund to factories that fail the on-boarding process? Print

If a factory fails the on-boarding process, we refund the entire amount deducting only the service charges.

We deduct a service charge of 25% + Taxes (for example GST in India, FX charges for Bangladesh)

These service charges are deducted in order to offset our due diligence cost.
