No - we work with international courier and freight service providers and get you the best rate possible. However, at times, our prices may not be the best so we suggest that you also evaluate different freight service providers on your own.
It is important to note - logistics is not our profit centre and neither shipping and logistics is our core business competency. We have this small logistics team to help smaller brands with no or limited logistics team - as a support.
If you are shipping over $500k in inventory value annually, it is important to have your logistics support / manager. We have seen brands doing even $150k to $200k inventory procurement get their own individual logistics support staff - even if it's on part time basis.
