Our standard quality control process is AQL 2.5 to AQL 3

AQL stands for Acceptable Quality Limit.

An AQL 2.5 means that -

AQL 2.5 means the buyer considers as acceptable quality limit a defect rate of 2.5% of the total order quantity.

While AQL has been the de-facto standard for Quality inspection for several decades, lately Direct-to-consumer brands are demanding 100% inspection - because the cost of product returns via e-Commerce is very high compared to unsold inventory.

While manufacturing processes in apparel production can never cover 100% defect, we have a special plan - Hula Global assurance that addresses this very specific need. You can find more details of Hula Global Assurance here.

There is an additional cost for the assurance plan which is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
