Most brand owners / operators get so drained out during the product development - they consider product development phase within the production timeline.
As a supplier, we cannot put a lid on when and how you will approve the final samples. In fact we cannot even guarantee that you will approve the final samples - so there is no way for us to forecast a timeline for "Product Development" with complete accuracy.
However, the production timeline kicks off when - all the Pre-production samples (PP) are locked in, payments, contracts, POs completed - everything set : All the deliverables required for production are ready with us (the supplier).
