One design can have multiple prints. Let's say you have 3 separate unique designs of a womens dress : each design has a unique sketch and that's what separates each design. However, each design can have multiple prints.

You can always have multiple prints for the same design - the development charges will be based on number of designs (unique styles)
The image below shows same design but different colours - they will all be considered under the same style. You can have multiple colours and prints under the same style - you will pay for development for only that specific style irrespective of how many colours or prints go in that specific style.
